I just had to e-mail you to let you know what a pleasant experience it was to deal with you. Last week I ordered a Kenmore dryer timer which I received in only two days. After installing the timer, the dryer still did not work. I called your shop to ask for a replacement timer because I was sure that was the problem. The lady that answered the phone explained that all used parts were tested before sale. She further inquired as to just what the problem was. After I told her she suggested it was another problem and said to check the thermal fuse and igniter. As soon as she said igniter it dawned on me I was not seeing the orange glow when operating the dryer in any cycle. Please thank this knowledgeable lady for helping a senile old man who should have realized it was an ignition problem. It has really been a pleasant experience dealing with you.
