Our Mission

We started in 1975 with one goal: to provide honest, dependable appliance repair. Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted name in Winnebago and Boone Counties. Our mission is simple—deliver expert repairs at fair prices while treating every customer like family.

Our History

Our business was located on N. Second Street in Loves Park for 40 plus years until we moved it to our home in Roscoe. We are still the same family run business that you are used to. The only change is that we are now a service only business and do offer some parts. We can ship them to you or drop them off if you are local.
